Seely Developments are a mother, daughter team of property developers based in Tunbridge Wells.
An Independent Financial Adviser for 40 years, Linda has always followed her passion for creative property development alongside her financial services business. With over 65 builds under her belt, primarily in Kent and the South East, Linda’s track record, shrewd investment knowledge and big picture thinking are Seely Developments’ greatest assets.
Penelope is a Chartered Tax Adviser so also has a business background. Keen to take on a new challenge Penelope joined Linda three years ago to grow Seely Developments, taking on the day to day project management and making sure the finer details support the vision.
Together Linda and Penelope create homes that work for family life. With an eye on stylishly designed interiors and the highest quality workmanship.
